How do I enroll/register with Giving Credit?
Welcome to the Giving Credit community! Follow this simple guide to create your account, start formalizing your peer loans, and creating a financially supportive community.
1. Visit Giving Credit’s registration page
Go to our login page: https://www.givingcredit.org/login/
Enter your phone number and click “Send login code” to register
2. Fill out the registration form
First name - This will appear to lenders and borrowers
Last name - This will appear to lenders and borrowers
Click on the “Create your account” button to proceed
3. Use the verification code sent to your phone for login in the future
You will receive a text message that looks like “Your Giving Credit verification code is: ######,” where the ###### is a six-digit verification code.
Using the code allows you to log in securely without setting up a complex password.
4. You’re registered and logged in at the home page!
5. Bonus: Customize your profile
On the Giving Credit home page, click on your profile picture
In the dropdown menu, select “Settings”
Here, you can:
Add financial services you prefer to your profile
Create or joining groups
Reference tutorials on Giving Credit’s features
Set your notification preferences
